- 1 package puff pastry or pie dough
- 4 green apples, peeled and diced

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, mix the apples with the MojiRico, brown sugar, cinnamon, juice and lime zest. Let the composition rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a pie dish, then add the apple filling.
- If you want, you can cut the remaining dough into strips and create a grid on top of the pie.
- Beat the egg and mix it with the honey, then brush the dough with this mix to get a nice color after baking.
- Bake the pie for 35-45 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the apples are soft.
- Garnish the pie with fresh mint leaves before serving.
